Carol, CEO

Carol has over 25 years of experience in the dental field. She started as a surgical assistant in oral surgery and then transitioned into being the Midwest implant sales representative for Biolock Corporation. She ran a multi-million dollar DSO practice in Charlotte, NC and has been a dental consultant for Coastal Empire Dental Management for over 8 years. She has worked with clients all over the country specializing in operations and transitions. Carol enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She loves animals, especially her three yorkies.

Alicia

Alicia comes with over two years of experience in the dental field, specifically in revenue cycle management. Her previous backgrounds gave her the skills and knowledge to dive right into this field and excel! She’s held roles within a dental practice as well as on a remote team that include credentialing and many other outsourced RCM tasks. Alicia loves her baby girl and fostering animals!

Brenda

Brenda comes with 25 years in the dental field where she held several roles including dental assistant, practice manager and Insurance Director where she discovered her passion for RCM. Brenda loves camping outdoors, sewing and crafting!

Brandy

Brandy has over 9 years of experience in the dental field. She began as a hygiene assistant and quickly worked her way up to assisting chairside for a couple of years before transitioning to the administrative side of dental as a receptionist, assistant office manager and then insurance coordinator. This is where she discovered her love for dental revenue cycle management and knew it was where she was meant to be! From there she grew into a senior role on the revenue cycle team for a multimillion-dollar dental group where she performed centralized RCM duties and helped structure revenue cycle process both at the practice level and centralized level. Brandy loves her son, dogs, coffee and cool weather!
